Finally...I got the new class schedule posted!  It is still a work in progress, as we still have a few more classes that will be added.  We are working on a new Beginning Crochet class as well as a felting project class - the Mezza Luna Bag.  The details should be finalized soon, and I will get them added. 
Don't forget this Friday is Double Stamp Friday and Good Friday!  We will be open on Saturday as well, but closed this Sunday for Easter.  

I returned home from my trip to Seattle exhausted!  In addition to the typical conference agenda is the local yarn shop crawl.  Definitely the highlight for a bunch of yarn obsessed women.  We began with a visit to the infamous Tricoter, moved on to Weaving Works, then Acorn Street Yarn Shop, followed by Fiber Gallery and wrapping up at Earthues.  A really great afternoon! 
While I was away we received some new sock yarn from Pagewood Farms.  I missed the arrival, but these awesome colors caught my eye today.  I see sock knitting on the horizon! 

I arrived in Seattle this past Saturday for the Yarn Market News (YMN) Smart Business Conference.  Not only is it beautiful, but there are over 20 yarn shops within an hour drive!  There are also several of our vendors in Seattle.  My first stop...Cascade Yarns.  I now know why they are always able to deliver...look at their warehouse!  This is not even half of all of the yarn on hand.  Two aisles - both sides - are dedicated only to Cascade 220.  Now that is a stash!

Most of the Bliss Olympians were up to the challenge.  We had lots of finished products!   We plan to have the drawing for the gold, silver and bronze medals later this week.  We will post the winners here, so check back for the final results!
We received a huge shipment from Shibui late last week.  In addition to socks, they have some great patterns for adults and kids.  Check out the Vintage Baby Cardigan on the left.  This is one of their biggest sellers.  It is super easy and it only takes 3 skeins.  It would be perfect for a little one for the upcoming (hopefully soon) Spring.  We have a huge assortment of colors to choose from, so come by and pick out your favorite.
